It has created and maintain a consistent social media infrastructure, composed of the Twitter, Facebook, Flickr and YouTube pages or channel, and the ReCity Dialogue Room.
Students are motivated in joining and participating in this online virtual community, since the very beginning and before they start the course. This activity helps students to get to know each other before they meet. This is a place where students, faculty and staff can share their knowledge and experience, coming from different background and perspectives.
Students access to the above mentioned instruments will be vehiculated through the official website and facilitated by the digital kit and free WiFi spots offered by the fisD Consortium. In this way students are able to share their experiences and participate, notably during mobility periods, when each student has an individualized course curriculum, based on the Design Lab chosen, venue of internship and thesis.
FisD social media infrastructure, is useful to ensure the proper academic induction of third country students since it provides important information about Incoming, Registration, Welcome Meetings, Student services etc.
Another measures foreseen to give visibility to reCity student and link them to reCity community is the consortium commitment to send articles to the official reCity Alumni Association Magazine.
