STUDENT APPLICATION FORM

Please, fill in this form if you wish to apply for a place in the reCity EJMC, the European Joint Master Course in city regeneration, offered by FISD Consortium, that starts in fall semester 2012.

Boxes are all compulsory to fill in and should be filled in Latin script. When it's not applicable, please write NA.
Please, to fill in the fields do not use: enter key, special characters and list.

In addition, we remember you that at the step no. 16 the upload of the application materials is required. On the step no. 16, it is not allowed fill in the application form uploading blank sheets; this will cause the cancellation of the application.

Please, note that after that you press “next” button, you canʼt come back to previous pages, but you can complete the application form in more sessions, if you need.
